Our Mission is named for Dr. Bernard Raymond Fabré-Palaprat.  He was a man of spirit and vision and not without his own controversies.  Rev. Donald Donato of the AJC has posted a rather nice overview of our namesake on his blog.  You can read it here!

Mission Fabré-Palaprat

The Apostolic Johannite Church is a global network of Johannite communities that focus on supporting individual and direct experience of the Divine through fellowship, meditation and prayer, service and ritual, lively discussion and study. We are a real spiritual community which is loving, inclusive, spiritually lively and empowering of people of all genders, races and sexualities, both rich and poor. The Mission Fabré-Palaprat is our first Chicago outpost.
